I ordered this lead in the 18" length for our conformation/handling class and it truly works like a charm! Before this I had this idea that a leash was 'just a leash' and I was using a longer cheap nylon leash. Well, with a huge growing puppy, it really hurt to wrap the extra length around my hand and the material was unforgiving and dug into my skin too.
With this leash, handling our dog in the ring is much more manageable and comfortable! I was afraid it would be a thin, weak lead that might break, but it is a sturdy piece of equipment and I will not hesitate to buy another if I needed to!
